Pre Payment Plan
WHATS INCLUDED
- Individual collection of Pet in Private Pet Hearse from either Vet Surgery or Home.
- Guaranteed individual Cremation - Following the strict code of conduct set out by the APPCC.
- Ashes returned to your home within 48 hours.
- Return of Ashes to in Mahogany style Urn with Brass Engraved nameplate. (other memorials are available upon request)
- Pre, During & Post Euthanasia Support with qualified Pet Bereavement Counsellor.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST
Our Pre Payment plan gives our clients a choice of ways to pay -
- One off Payment of £240
- Pay a monthly Standing Order of £20 for 1 year
- Pay a monthly Standing Order of £10 for 2 years
HOW IT WORKS
The Pet Undertaker will open an account for you and the money will remain there till the time comes when you need it. Any excess funds in your account will be reimbursed to you at time of cremation. If you do not have sufficient funds in your account we will ask for payment of the balance at time of cremation. Cremation costs vary and depend on your location and type of pet, please refer to our Charges page for our current prices. Upon receipt of your one off payment or completed standing order mandate form the Pet Undertaker will send you confirmation of your unique account number which must be used in all correspondence with us.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You can cancel your plan at anytime and you will be refunded the money you have paid less a £10 administration charge. The Pet Undertaker reserves the right to amend the terms of our Pre Payment plan at any time.

If you would like to pay in full with a one off payment by cheque (payable to 'Pet Undertaker') please complete the application form only and return it to the address above with your payment. If you would like to pay in full with a one off Debit or Credit card payment please call us on 0845 46 55 999 and we will process your payment.
